I have been a bit quiet here for a while. Messy drawn-out divorce with ongoing manipulations and crap ….. the usual for NPD apparently :face_with_rolling_eyes:. Very :pile_of_poo:ty and abusive, but have to keep swimming forward anyway until it’s over.

Have started some art today @Faith-and-Hope and will continue tonight ...also renovating my bathroom so keeping busy to take my mind off things for a while and doing some things I love in the process 👍

Needed it @Faith-and-Hope Been such a shite time - I know you know all about that yourself 😔 Going to get the paint out tonight ...have drawn the outline so now just to create some colour and shade into what I envisage. Cannot do anymore of the bathroom tonight as I need to cut tiles and it is too dark now to do that - so painting it will be.

I have been doing some work with textiles @Zoe7, building it into my assignments, but actually for the love of it, because I need it ….. hearing you Hon.

I think I have a painting that “needs” to happen too …..

I have a deadline of this Friday to get most of it done @Faith-and-Hope but as long as I have the 'story' visible throughout I can finish it next week. I have been putting it off because I have not been in that headspace to even begin ...but once I finally started it today I have become immersed in it. I was hoping to have the bathroom finished by Friday also but that process has taken a bit longer than I wanted ...but getting it right the first time saves issues later so I am taking it slowly ...and I am re-using the original tiles so have to be super careful with them.

Hey @Faith-and-Hope Just had a little fluffball run over my painting - so now have little paw prints all over it 🤣 Going to paint them in to be part of the overall design ...it must have meant to be!
