I have picked up my crocheting hook @Snowie. I am going to make a blanket from wool oddments left from other projects. It will be a bit of a Mad Hatter type work, with different textures and embroidery thrown in to the mix. Maybe some beads too. I will make u

it up as I go along.

Got a few things done but still very tired and sore. I had a day off my knee brace and am feeling it - so won't be doing that again 😔 I have stopped for now but will do the washing up before bed and tomorrow Toby needs a haircut and bath ...then back into school work. Tobes is already sound asleep but Clover is still outside ...going to bring her in soon though because I don't think it will be long before I am asleep too.

Up fairly early this morning @Faith-and-Hope - Toby wanted his breakfast - but I napped again afterwards. I will start to do a little school work early though as a result and hopefully that will mean I can relax a bit tonight and also get an early night. First thing though is a trip to Kmart and another store to get a few things for the classroom.

There is a bratty stir-crazy cat stalking my wool at the moment ….. after turning his nose up at all of his own toys, of course.

Haha @Faith-and-Hope Clover is the same - wants to get into whatever I am doing ...and plays with Toby's toys, whilst leaving most of hers alone. I have come home most days though seeing some of hers spread around the house ...but I am unsure whether she is playing with them or Tobes ...my fur babies are totally weird - but in a very good way. Tobes thinks he is a cat and Clover thinks she is a dog so they even each other out lol

Been a pretty good day - the kids are starting to settle in better and focussing more. They are still so little though and get tired by the afternoon so we don't do anything too taxing in the afternoons. They really are a great bunch and I feel very fortunate to have every single one of them in the class 😍

How has your day been? Any more of your blanket done? I have worked since I got home but finally finished some of what I wanted to get done - the rest will have to wait as I am tired and need to relax a bit before bed.

Yes, more done on my blanket @Zoe7, and more crappy emails …. but the crappy emails are going to happen, so a few more have happened, and will soon be behind me. I will have a big crap pile to burn at the end of it all.

@Faith-and-Hope We will need to organise a bonfire night for you Hon ...we can all dance and show you the love of it all finally being behind you when it happens 💖 Another day is a day closer to that happening ..keep swimming when you can sweetheart - this never ending shite will be behind you eventually and that will indeed be a great day ...walking alongside you always 💖😘🌹
