Far and Away

It's just a small one from Kmart @Faith-and-Hope but I am going to paint it and add some extra bits and pieces. I want to get some little animals to add into it as well.

How are you baby dragons over this side of the country doing?

Oh that is a bit criptic Hon - I am intrigued ...can you expand anymore or just leave it at that for now?

I did get some sleep ...and some more after feeding the fur babies. I do feel a little better today but not going to push it. I can't go looking for the screw I need until tomorrow as most of the places I would likely find it are closed still but I have a few things I can do in the garden and it might be a good idea to get them done today as we are expecting rain for about a week from tomorrow.

I am glad you got some more sleep. The light through the blinds is waking me up early here, so if I am staying up late (guilty 👋) I will be short on sleep, so I will try to take naps more often, and work in getting to be earlier. Trying not to ruminate on current events in my life, and as you know, bedtime is often a "witching hour".

My puzzle is really challenging me, and I have put aside the week to get it done now.

Yeah that witching hour can creep up on us and hit hard @Faith-and-Hope Don't need the light here - have fur babies to wake me lol Have been getting into the habit of feeding them then going back to sleep but will need to work out a better routine soon so I am okay to go back to work.

It sounds like you have a good plan for the week - always good to have a goal to work towards when other things in life are still horrible. Hugs and hugs and hugs to you Hon

I might mow the backyard today before the rain comes - it is not long but will grow quite quickly with some extra water and sun on it over the next week. Also have some weeding and pruning to do so putting aside a couple of hours this afternoon to do all that.

I miss my garden @Zoe7 ..... gardening vicariously through you .... lol 😆

...and happy for you to do so @Faith-and-Hope 😁 I presently have about a dozen indoor plants from school I am (successfully) keeping alive. I bought some pots for them as the previous teacher took hers (which is okay) but left the plants for me 👍 I have to buy some spray sealant for the pots though as they are not waterproof.

How is your day going?

My day is going okay @Former-Member Just finished mowing the backyard and pulling out some weeds. I have given up for now but might do a little more later. Have fed the fur babies and they are happy wandering around now (following me lol) Clover doesn't like the lawn mower but was outside as soon as I finished chasing bugs - perfect bug time of the day so after dinner that is usually where I find her
