Far and Away

I haven't actually got to it yet today @Zoe7. My time has Ben taken up with other things so far. Just sitting down to it now, but one of the dragons has suggested a catch-up, so we might be going out.

That would be lovely for you all @Faith-and-Hope Make the most of the time you have while you can - the borders will eventually have to open so grab every opportunity whilst you can. I think I will try to find a movie to watch - the tennis is boring. I can then move around and do a few things with it on.

Plans have changed again anyway @Zoe7 ..... they have to drop in somewhere where Incant take D2, so they will mask-and-distance and catch up with us alfresco later ....: sigh. It's started again already, but ...... silver linings ..... I have a lovely alfresco area here where I am currently staying ..... 😏

A bugger your plans had to change @Faith-and-Hope but I hope you still got to catch up with your baby dragons. Plans changed for me too - did watch a movie whilst putting together some things for school then snuggled with Tobes again and fell asleep. I have been up to get dinner and feed the fur babies their biscuits. Trying to watch the tennis tonight but don't think I will see it all - can barely keep my eyes open still. It is quite cold here too so maybe a nice warm bed with both the fur babies is just the thing for tonight.

@Shaz51 I can only imagine how upsetting it would be seeing your Mum in pain and not being able to do anything about it my sister ...hugs and hugs

Hi to anyone else around 👋

I bought a little wooden tree house for the kids @Faith-and-Hope so I put that together. I am going to paint some parts of it and add some extra details so it isn't so boring, then make a low table to place it on so the kids can play with it on the floor. If I get adventureous enough I will put a drawer in too to store all the little pieces.

Have just been watching the tennis (after another nap with Tobes). The other little fluffball woke me licking my face so I got up and made a new face mask. It was only meant to be a template but has come together well enough to use as is. It is white with little black paw prints on it I also have some black with white paw prints so might do that one tomorrow. I find it very hard to wear them at all but these being single ply cotton may help a little. Even the thinner surgical masks make me feel like I am suffocating so will try anything at this stage.

So glad the baby dragons came for a visit - I bet they are loving having you home for so long

The little wooden tree house sounds fabulous !

My 3D puzzle is coming along rather nicely ..... I am investing in my future and this is a note of promise to myself.
