Oh Hon that is so lovely of you I have actually stayed on the couch tonight - given up on doing anymore and letting my mind and body rest ...need to know when to stop sometimes and tonight I needed to do that 👍 Still have a lot to do these last few days of the holidays but some of it I really enjoy so it is good for me to get done ...the other stuff I will do along the way bit by bit.

How are you gorgeous?

I'm pretty fatigued today @Zoe7. Struggled to get up this morning. I bombed out and slept a couple of hours this afternoon when I really should have done some work and study - sigh!

Still feeling wrecked tonight but going to do some stuff on the computer-documents, emails, etc.

Are you able to just park it all up for tonight, relax, get some sleep and try again tomorrow? Sometimes we have to 'lose' some time to be actually able to catch up when we are in a better mindset and have more energy @Sans911

@Sans911 You can only do one thing at a time Hon. I used to worry about all the things still needing to be done or what was on my list but now focus more on the one task before I move onto another. It does help keep the anxiety and stress down and I find I actually get more done. I presently have a few things happening at once but complete one part of each thing before I have moved onto the next. It is working for me but I do know I will run out of time to do everything I wanted to do these holidays - but it is what it is and I will work on a new plan for when I return to work.

Yeah @Zoe7 I do try to do and be the same. I'm doing up a personal document for me right now, so it's not too hard.

My work priorities will have to wait until the morning, as will study. Work has been quite stressful of late, with frustrated and stressed people that I case manage taking it out on me. I try not to take it personally, but there's still a sting in their words and manner.
