No wasn't funny at the time ...my hand is actually sorer than my foot - it is probably a good thing I had thongs on ...if it had been a boot or other shoe that didn't come off quickly then there would have been more damage ...so yea for thongs

Good morning all... @Faith-and-Hope @Snowie @Eve7 @Emelia8 @Sans911 and all passing by.

Been up and down all night with my little boy. He needed to go out several times and I needed to clean him up. The poor little mite has not been well but is sleeping now and has not been out again for a few hours. Hopefully whatever was upsetting his tummy is settling down. He is still eating and drinking as normal so that is good.

I am very tired as you would expect so will likely sleep later myself. I also need to go to Bunnings and a coupe of other places but will likely leave Tobes at home where it is warm and he is comfortable.

Love and hugs to everyone (including all fur babies) - hope today has a little light and hope in it for you all

Awwww ..... poor Tobes, and poor you having all that to deal with through the night @Zoe7 . I hope your little lad picks up today, and that you get to rest up at some stage.

Hey @Faith-and-Hope My little man seems to be better this afternoon. I took him with me to Bunnings (didn't want to leave his sad little face on his own). I didn't go to the other places I needed to (but no rush for today) as I wanted to get him home. He has been following me around both inside and outside so that is a really good sign. Last night he didn't even want to come outside when I did and just laid on his bed I need to go back to Bunnings to get one more thing - couldn't find what I needed quickly today so left it for another day. I won't need the trailer on for that either so will call in later in the week after I visit my parents and sister.

I have everything I need now for my corner and hoping tomorrow is clear so I can do it all. Going to paint the sleepers tonight so they are ready (can do that in the garage 👍). Going to try to finish sewing some stool covers for school tonight then will endeavour to get up early to begin the corner.

Classes and assignments today, and an appointment this afternoon, but it's all coming along okay. Hoping to post some work off this afternoon for a group project in the east, but have to finishe it first .... lol

Hey @Faith-and-Hope How is the work going?

I finished painting all the smaller sleepers - just one longer one to go but it started raining again and that one I need to do outside - so will do it early tomorrow if the rain has stopped.They will all need a second coat but that won't take long now the harder first coat is done. I left the garage door open - both for ventilation and so Tobes could sit at the front fence to watch the world go by. I had to bring him inside when the rain started because he was determined not to move lol

Had a bubbly bath afterwards and am having a rest before I get started on the stool cushions again. I won't get them finished tonight but if I can get all the sides sewn then I can do the hems another day.

Going to head into the city with my sister tomorrow to help her get some things for her house then back home to hopefully have a clear day to get stuck into the corner - lots of digging, cutting and nailing to do but it will be really good to have it all done.

Fur baby biscuit time and some meaningless tv with fur baby cuddles for now 👍

Work is coming along @Zoe7. I just had my podiatry apt so that toe is sorted out now ..... 👍. I bought some ice cream on the way home because I thought it was time I had some .....

Keep plodding along with both your work and the ice-cream
