I have got a fair amount of uni work done today, and that is good ...... but I am feeling a bit overwhelmed and anxious and I am nit sure why. It might be because things are so uncertain in the east and I can't make plans at

the moment ..... legals are hotting up again but everything has gone quiet because they are hotting up, so that might be the primary thing ..... and uni assignments are coming due as the year is drawing to a close. I am feeling a bit grrrr about all my art materials being in the east and I didn't know I would be staying this long in the west ...... sigh. Looks like it's a lot of everything jumbled together. I am glad you asked, because it has made me focus on putting the feelings into words - probably the first step towards dealing with them actually.

I can imagine how much you are dealing with - not just the legals but still being in the west. It is hard enough doing assignments and online classes but to not have all your things with you to do all that makes it doubly hard. You will get done what you need to though Hon Anxiety can go either way - stop us doing what we need or propelling us towards the outcome - and you my dear F&H can both ride it out and do what you need - I have full confidence in you sweetheart

As for the other thing - bugger!!!!! The further away, the better 👎

It feels like grief. Just sitting with the feeling a bit, and keeping myself gently busy, but tears aren't far away tonight. A bit tired of everything, but I know this feeling will pass. Underneath it I know I have had a good day with my kids, and my work ..... just gotta keep swimming 🐠

Not surprising @Faith-and-Hope You have lost so much and continue to have to go through so much. But yes Hon - keep swimming - there will be an end to it all and then you can not only breathe but be free of so many of your present constraints. It really is a lot you are dealing with ...and for so long now ...and no matter how stoic we are or how strong we are there does come a time that it is too much ...and that is okay. Float for now then swim when you can ...every day is a step closer to the freedom that is to come and a life that you can live on your terms ...and we are with you all the way 💖💖💖

Not raining this morning so hoping to get into the garden. A bit tired and sore so will see how much I can reaslistically do but would be nice to get the foundations finished then I can do the decking later in the week even if there is rain.

I hope there is some light in each of your days ...just a little to give you all a lift - a cuddle from a fur baby, smell of a flower, a warm bath/shower or that piece of a jigsaw you have been searching for - it all matters and it all makes a difference ...just as each one of you do in our lives here

@Faith-and-Hope @Snowie and all others here... So stupid rain has derailed my plans again and is not supposed to stop until Wednesday ...I do have plenty to do that I can do inside so that is the new plan. Have pulled out my big plastic trestle table and made a home for it in the kitchen to set up some of that work - no doubt Clover will find it a happy play place for the moment and I will put a rug underneath for Toby to lay on when I am working there. That leaves the dining table free to do bits and pieces but for it to still feel tidy in the main living areas (which then makes me feel less stressed 👍).

I do want the decking done but can't help the rain so whilst it may not get done these holidays, it is daylight savings now so I will have more time after work (if I have the energy) to do a little at a time ...will get done when it gets done
