I am going to try for sleep soon - the night started off ok but has gone downhill (nothing unusual there). I think it will be couch island tonight!

i dozed off on Chair Island .....

WH dozed off at 7pm tonight, and took tow daytime naps, skipping his evening jog - said it was for S2 to try to encourage him to practice piano, but it is because he is running down on energy .... I can see it. I asked him whether he still takes his blood pressure every day, incase its low.

He says it's because he is checking on S2 during the night, not sleeping well .... but he gets up during the night every night anyway, and hasn't slept well for several years.

Its been good to see you "out and about" across the afternoon and evening ..... 🤗💐

@Faith-and-Hope It seems like WH is maybe using S2 as an excuse rather than really seeing what he is doing. Running low on energy should be a definite warning sign that his body is breaking down drastically. That must be so hard for you to witness and not be able to do anything about Hon

I have been 'out and about' a little today - I think I have worn myself out lol

It has been alot easier not 'coming across' the usual triggers today (both on and off the forum) - not being confronted with them on the forum made me feel more comfortable and more able to support others.

The usual night time issues are lingering in my mind - and I have taken extra meds again to help with sleep. I don't want to become reliant on those but after last night I felt it was necessary in order to hopefully get some quality sleep. We'll see how the night goes soon enough I suppose!
