I have already taken extra meds and am about to take a few more because I really need to sleep soon - so I am hoping that I am not around later!

I will try to catch up with you tomorrow but in my current state I can't promise anything. I do really miss you though and think about you often - I wish I was in a better place to support you but I am barely 'surviving' myself. I know you understand but that doesn't make me feel any better.
