Glad to hear that your Mum is going home tomorrow and that she will have supports in place. Hopefully that makes things a bit easier for you and takes a bit of pressure of you.

Glad to hear that your Mum is going home tomorrow and that she will have supports in place. @Zoe7 , my mum had a transition team for 12 weeks after she broke her hip and was back home again xxx

Will give the fur babies their biscuits, have my meds, change into my jammies and snuggle under the doona on the couch until I can crawl to bed. Clover is staring at me from the floor as if to say I am super tired too Mummy but WHERE ARE MY BISCUITS lol
