I have a lot of work to do tonight, but I got a good lot of clean-up done today - tackling my desk, which means paperwork and filing too. Now have to settle to some art projects due tomorrow.

There has not been enough good guidance in my life so I am very careful about simplifying things down to necessities.

Feeling sad about deliberate divide, conquer and exclusion games, they are so common and so destructive, even if they are played little and polite, they can even cause death as what happened in my family. Its not you. Time to withdraw more from forum if I am feeling that abused. Will probably do it gradually. Needs to be called out tho. I am very allergic to superficial politeness over hostility or manipulation. Deeply concerned about it as a major cause of MI. The forum has generally developed into a reasonable culture. I know I hand in that. I have had a good and long run here. It has been good to know you all.

@Appleblossom I too am concerned but also know you have done sooo much work to be able to recognise what you need Hon. It has always been such a pleasure to walk along with you here - through all the difficult times, the great discussions we have had and also the lighter moments. Do what you need to do for yourself but we all will continue to hold this space for you as you are not just an integral part of why this community works (and has developed into what it is) but you also give so much insight to others from your very unique and rounded persepctive. I do hope so much you can stay here with us - amongst those of us that both value and care for you - but if you do need a break then will wait with open arms for your return. Mum is going home tomorrow She is a bit apprehensive about it but they have community nurses in place to see her daily and weekly visits to the specialist for the next month or so. She really is doing well considering everything she has been through but she needs to build up her confidence to do things on her own (or with just a little help) again. I am not going to see her until Saturday (was going to go Friday after work but she said just come Saturday). I will of course be there if she needs anything sooner but it will be a couple of breathing days for me too. ...my fur babies will love it as I haven't been home much over the last few weeks.

I will catch up with you all further later on - need to get some things done at home and for work then I can have a break from it all (physically and mentally). Hugs to you all
