I am okay - no big deal with the dentist. I accidently stubbed my bare foot on a chair yesterday when I was hurrying to get ready - I pulled my socks on without looking - I could feel it when I was at the dentist - when I got home - ouchie - big bruise. This I don't need

My back pain is less - the shoulder is a bit better - these things take time and repeated procedures and it is my choice to take this path - I am okay with it

I hope your back is feeling easier - I know how difficult everything can be with spinal pain. I understand what people write. It's something I know about and would rather not I guess

Take things at your own pace - you have had several life-changing events recently - this has to be a culture-shock

It's been a long day ..... classes, deliveries, got a nap in there cos I didn't sleep well so got up and knitted instead .... :face_with_rolling_eyes: ..... and a special occasion for a baby dragon who didn't want to celebrate ......
