Far and Away

our work is here and mum and land and half a house are all here

Mr shaz wants to retire somewhere else

With it being 6 years before Mr Shaz will retire there is plenty of time to make those decisions then my sister. Maybe now is not the time to make any decisions but to just be comfortable where you are and what you are currently doing ...and maybe the future will take care of itself when the time is right @Shaz51

it is just reassuring mr shaz with bipolar 2 and other MI that we are ok here for the time being but he get very anxious and worried -- the poor darling , he throws all these ideas at me and i go arrgggg xxxx

I cooked 2 meals tonight -- one for tonight and one to heat up for tomorrow night when we come home from visiting MIL

also cooked Mum`s dinner for tomorrow too -- as tomorrow is the local show and there is no meals on wheels

That is hard @Shaz51 but it is also important you stand up for what you want.

No dinner for me tonight - had a late lunch. Need also to go grocery shopping - was thinking of doing that tonight as I want to stay up for the tennis and that will fill in some time.

I am okay. There are things everywhere that I have found myself going to do and then realising I do not need to now without my baby here. I have also found my routines are all gone as so much revolved around my little girl - she loved to tell me when it was meal or snack time especially. Tobes and Clover have been fed at all times - not because I have forgotten but because they do not tell me like Cat did To say I am a little down is probably a good description - haven't been able to do much other than sleep. I did clean up some of what we dug out of the garden today and put the bins out but there is more to go ...a job for tomorrow maybe. Still pretty numb but bouts of tears also when I see she is not there ...going to take time

have been there my sarling and the other day i found the cat collar with the bell on it that belong to my missie , could not beleive it

and to look on my computer and have photos of all my furbabies on there and all the memberies come flooding back

There is one reminder of both my passed fur babies that I cannot get away from @Shaz51 - Clover is a combination of them both... she has similar colouring as my first little girl but the tail of Cat - it is both heartbreaking and uplifting at the same time - I feel that in her there are both my girls and that actually makes me happy becuse they will live within her. She is indeed her own girl (and I love her dearly) but having that little extra of both of them in her adds a little more love into the mix (if that is at all possible because she is pretty well loved )

I can imagine, just like you, I will be finding those things of Cat's all around the house for a long time - but for now I have closed off her room and the laundry where her litter tray is (finally cleaned it out last night though) and left everything else where it is ...I will pack things away when I am ready.

Packing to head east @Zoe7 , but not leaving just yet - I have a trip to my Dad in the country to happen next.
