I will make sure I am around all this afternoon and early evening then sweetheart.

I have no doubt you are very nervous about this meeting but I know you will approach it with your usual dignity, grace and diplomacy. I really hope that this is the beginning of bringing to light the issues you are faced with with WH and that he can start to see what really is happening and how deeply his behaviours/actions are affecting everyone around him.

Hi. Just popping in to let you know I survived .... it looks like it's okay for the moment ..... might have a delayed reaction from WH yet ..... but so far so good.
