It wasn't without its dramas in Friday and Saturday nights @utopia, but Sunday was lovely and relaxed, which was great. Stayed up to clean up, then on a plane to the "far east" yesterday morning ..... 😊

Dramas have come with us in the form of WH trying to control S2 out of his social anxiety, but I found an appropriate opportunity to intervene this morning and make WH think about what he is doing ..... and S2 is stand his ground too, stating clearly that he is trying to work with being in crowds, but all day every day is too much. Being in the airport and on the plane was enough, and then he was forced out to The Coffee Mall last night .... enough !!!

It's not all so stressful .... I had a lovely walk along a different river this morning .... no dolphins in this one .... lol ..... and I enjoy The Coffee Mall ...... and The Regimen abducts my husband for a few hours in the day .....

Breathing .... thinking happy thoughts .... chatting here .....

It's not at the moment @Former-Member ... not on paper or canvas ... but artwork is as much to do with the creativity and processing in your mind, and if I'm awake, that's up and going ... lol .... maybe even when I'm asleep too .....

Over east at the moment with a lot to remain vigilant about ... which stifles my creativity. It tends to turn into taking photos as artistic expression.

I'm not very good with water colours ... I need to experiment with them more. I might pick some up to use while I am over east here ....
