Thanks for asking. I have hit a low energy point after all that driving on the weekend, and my kids are a bit tired and crabby with each other which isn't helping, so I ap haven't got back to painting at the moment.

I have managed a walk yesterday and today, and that is one of my daily goals.

My older daughter and her husband were a bit upset yesterday too, so I made them some dinner and took it over there.

This is one of the things about my life .... there is a lot of multi-tasking to do, and a lot to keep in place around us all, but it made the weekend super sweet .... I could just drive and paint and not worry too much about all my other commitments.

I am thinking about my painting, and a lot of creative work starts first within the thought processes, so I am "painting" in my mind at the moment. Hopefully that will start to spill out onto paper again soon.

I will come past your painting thread a bit later when I have got dinner sorted for my crew here, and see what you have been up to.

me and my sister squabble all the time and it bloody annoys me to esp when they are tired.

glad to hear you did abit of self calming exercises.

i cant wait to see your finished painting or what your up to at least

im not doing the best tonight @Faith-and-Hope though so hopefully i can pick myself back up. Full throttle anxiety and overwheling grief .. again but you dont need to worry about that
