That is really taking shape already, and I remember the image you have drawn from.

I like to think of her as resting rather than unhappy, but that might depend on the colours you choose as well. .More than anything else I hope you enjoy it .....

There is something about painting an image that really personalises it, isn't there ?

I can't wait to see it finished.

I envisaged green wings (of course) - the body: greys -the background a greeny grey with specks of colour coming out of the darkness - and a light trying to break free from behind - with tiny butterflies flying all around @Faith-and-Hope - that is what is in my head - let's see what the paintbrush decides to do lol

oceangirl? - she is in hospital at the moment - 2 weeks with no outside contact allowed. Hopefully coming home at the end of this week unless she decides to stay a bit longer. I really hope she doesn't need to and can be home soon - and my hospital diary entries are getting too large to be able to do easily - if you check out the thread you will understand what I mean... No contact while she is in hospital @TAB - she went in nearly 2 weeks ago.There is no outside contact (email, phone etc - I think it is only 1 or 2 phone calls per week to family).
