Sorry I haven't responded lately. I found it rather difficult to cope - it took all my energy to carry on. With the help of my psych and friends, things are looking up again. Strangely enough, once again I wasn't aware of how far I had slid into depression again. Thank heavens for my good friend who suggested I get back to my psych. I'm back on regular visits again - seems I need it.

Very happy I can sleep though. Not going through sleep deprivation as previously.

So many things to be grateful for ... little things ... perhaps even silly things.

Need to get to bed now ... singing lesson first thing tomorrow morning.

Sleep tight everyone.

Forgot it was a public holiday today ....

Walking by the river and it's wall-to-wall shade tents, speed boats, water skiers, food and coffee trucks .....

Well .... this is a new look .....

Walked on past them but am walking back again now.
