Just checking in.

Just checking in.

I thought I'd start a discussion where we can check in with members and use this space to keep in contact. It's a space to be able to say how you really feel and it's a space for the good, the bad and the ugly moments in our lives.

Re: Just checking in.

Thanks @NikNik

To be honest with you and others on here I struggle when I read other posts and that people are in desperate need of help. I know I have been there before. But the thing is with this forum is that when I read stuff on here I end up worrying more about the others and put myself second. I know we all need to look after ourselves first but we wouldn't be on here if we didn't care and support others.

I have been emotional today so I may even have to use Lifeline later myself.

Thanks again @NikNik for posting.

Re: Just checking in.

Sounds like you have been arrested @utopia. An interesting line of questioning.. Are you in a union? Sorry it went like that and well their only interest is removing you from workcover system no matter how they might try to couch it

Re: Just checking in.

I think it's pretty much part of the system @utopia. I haven't been asked the drug question but the others every time I meet a new psychiatrist. I wouldn't worry too much. I hope they would know that you are likely to present anxious which is totally reasonable. I react a similar way to you in that it makes you question yourself and everything else. And feel angry and frustrated. It's done now breathe deep for a bit. You've come through it. What can you do for yourself now to bring you back down? Sorry if that's me trying to avoid emotions. By the way I think that they were covering all basses and maybe even BPD. I'm glad it's over and this time next week it won't be on your radar at all anymore. Hugs 💜🤗

Re: Just checking in.

@TAB. In March I get cut off from Workcover anyway. From then - they won't pay me any income. Only medical costs. So I don't know. I think this psych thinks that I'm manic. He actually asked how many times I've been in a manic state. When I said - none. He keot questioning me further.

Re: Just checking in.

You are right @Former-Member. This time next week - it will have been forgotten - so don't worry.
I might turn my ph off and get some sleep on the train. I'm exhausted. Thanks.

Re: Just checking in.

@utopia Could you ask for a revue if it was to go pearshaped so you could present again. Im not sure how that you could be diagnosed with something different though at this point if the game. It doesn't make sense. Can you contact your psychologist to talk it out with.

Re: Just checking in.

Cancel the above post @utopia. Me thinks sleep on a train is much much better. Rest well 💜🤗😴
