I think I've done this before with @utopia....Especially this : Knocks to our heart and soul and self esteem can make us doubt ourselves. Good to see that you won't let this change your core values.

None of us know what the future holds. We can only do the best we can and then just let the rest take care of itself. That's how I look at life. I never look too far into the future as it overwhelms - one day at a time only. What will be will be.
It is great to read that you are not going to let this hurt stop you from opening your heart up to others in the future. Quite a turn around from your posts yesterday and such a wonderful relief to read. I am feeling so happy for you right now.
Thank you for the laughs, support and kind words you have also offered me on here @Zoe7 - which also really helped me at the time. Laughter never fails to uplift me and ease the burden. You make such a difference to people's lives and you are someone I do feel safe to open up to and just be myself. Hugs xx
