Ladyhawke .....
Ladyhawke is a 1985 American fantasy adventure film directed by Richard Donner and starring Matthew Broderick, Rutger Hauer and Michelle Pfeiffer.
Philippe Gastone is a petty thief. He tries to escape from the dungeon in Aquila when he almost get caught. A mysterious knight named Navarre, rescues the guy and befriends him. Navarre is on the run by a couple of years, since an evil bishop is hunting him down. Navarre has escaped with a beautiful woman named Isabeu who the bishop had a crush. When he realized that he won't have her love, he made a terrible curse on them that cause Navarre to be a wolf during the night and Lady Isabeu to be a hawk during the day, so they cannot ever be together in human form, bound to travelling as companions .... a man with his hawke during the day, and a woman with her wolf at night. Navarre begs for Gastone's help to help him to sneak into the heavily guarded fortress and k**l the bishop to regain their freedom and stop the curse.

I am doing a bit better today than I have been over the last few days. Been quite low and not wanted to do anything. May be able to get out and go to the beach with Toby today - really need to feel the sand and water under my feet and the sun on me - and watch Toby run around enjoying himself!
Hope there is a little light in everyone else's day.

Well I just rang work saying sick and doubt if feel any better by tomorrow so was trying to give them time to get someone else ..there was a big oo oh after told them, not much I can do about it, well they ended up saying thanks for heads up etc ..stupid body ..anyway ..could go the doom and gloom ..its Life one small step forward ..then couple more back .. will get there ..just wish I felt better ..grr.. @utopia

I always found work helps confidence.
To lose one's abiltiky to work is a huge loss and never a choice for me.
