not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

Hey @oceangirl nice to hear from you
Can you do something to distract yourself?
Possibly even use radical acceptance therapy?

Its good to hear from you too Hams @MDT

I'm a bit tired atm just trying to relax a bit here

Its a bit hard atm to try to do anything and feeling quite confused

But thank you I am not sure what radical acceptance therapy is are you able to explain it more and give me an example of how to use it..

Re: not feeling good

It's basically a way of accepting the present moment. So atm you are out of sorts. So you ask yourself if there is anything you can do to stop whatever it is that is causing you problems. Yes or no.
If no then you ask yourself if worrying about it can stop it happening. If no then you must ask if there is anything you can do to change the situation. If no then that means you have to accept it.
If you answer yes to any of those three things then that means you have an option to do something and can enact.
Thats why it is called radical. Because there are only three options to choose. And they require action.

I have found it can work when I am in a bad state. But I get if it's too much to take on.

If we dunno what to do about something in that moment it is best to try

My life st the moment sucks

from:

- financial stress no money after pay and all bills paid

- stressing about possibly having no job as owners have sold pharmacies

- daughter and baby living with us and her partner staying most nights

- having to sell our home

- don’t know where to move to

- husband that doesn’t understand BPD

- can’t buy myself anything as we don’t hsve spare money (I did buy one top the other day)

- just so overwhelmed at the moment

saw my doctor this mirning. Had another cry. He agrees I have too much on on atm. But he says that I’m improving. How??

Perhaps he meant your attitude to it?

Re: not feeling good

@MDT He says he can see me improving but trouble is I don’t see it.

He knows because of my BPD I have problems not been able to recognise my improvement.

I have gone back to bed. Haven’t done that for a very long time. I just need to be on my own.

Wish I could go away fir a few days on my own. Or even eith a friend. But I’m never asked snd snyway I don’t have the money to go that.

I feel so stuck with life.

I’m sorry to bother you.

Have you had your interview?
