not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

Yeah @Shaz51 @Ali11 A is home. She is asleep. I’m just not happy not motivated and not positive thinking today.

I don’t know what to do.

I’m outside getting some fresh air

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay

You had a pretty rough week and your session with your therapist - while successful - took a lot out of you

And I am pretty sure you have something called SAD - Seasonal Affective Disorder - it's very common and most people have it - I do - and the sudden icy-crises in Melbourne would be contributing to your mood - I am sure of that

Take this easy - we have had a bit of sun - really pathetic actually - but I think it has been fine today though I will admit I haven't looked or gone outside to feel the air

It's normal to be down at times - you are an emotional person and as uncomfortable as that can be at times it is a pretty normal state - we all have emotions -

Accept this - perhaps you are more emotional than most people - I don't think fighting it would make much difference -

But care for yourself - take your medication and eat properly - allow a little more food when the weather is so cold - and rest.

And get your cuddles from A - I miss my old cat a lot atm - I am okay - just enjoy my memories

Thinking of you

Sitting outside for some fresh air sounds nice @BlueBay, just make sure you rug up - it's chilly outside! How is the weather looking?

Re: not feeling good

Hi @Owlunar @Shaz51 @Ali11

I’m sitting on the couch. Doing nothing.

Its not too cold outside.

I think I’m trying to fight my depression my sadness moodiness and anger. I need to nit fight it but it’s difficult.

I just can’t shift this negative mind.

Msybe I do have SADS.

Re: not feeling good

I know it is hard my sister @BlueBay

don`t fight it , accept it and do something like watch tv or a video

or watch Ayla`s favourite show ( if she is awake ) or do colouring with her xx

Re: not feeling good

@Shaz51 is right @BlueBay

You can't fight it - all you can do is accept it and do something else to keep yourself entertained or just go to bed

I read a lot - I get warm - turning the heater on or up, getting a wheat pack and a hot drink - a good novel - I might have read it countless times before - and snuggle up in bed

Yes - I know you have a house-full of people but you can have time to yourself - that's how you find yourself - but self-nuturing and time for yourself

The other day when I was so cold I made a batch of cookies - having the oven on helped and so did eating the warm cookies -

But don't fight it - that just makes everything harder
