not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

Ouch @BlueBay that headache sounds bad. Pain knocks the stuffing out of us, it really does.

Its also difficult when we dont have somewhere we can just 'be' somewhere to let our emotions out ... be it crying, yelling, or whatever else. Its never good to keep strong emotions inside us. Perhaps a walk somewhere fairly quiet may help? I know the headache may prevent you doing a brisk walk, but a gentle walk may help. I wish you had a room you could close the door and just be by yourself on occasion. I think everyone needs that, especially when its a 'full house' such as you have with daughter and A. Perhaps a punching bag hung up in your garage or something like that could be a good outlet for you? Is that possible?

I'm okay thanks @BlueBay . Heading out shortly to an appointment for hubby. Didnt make it to my pilates class yesterday unfortunately. But hoping to get to my volunteer role tomorrow, provided hubby is well enough to leave on his own for an hour or so.

Re: not feeling good

It’s a shame that you missed out on Pilates but hoping you can get to your volunteer job tomorrow @Former-Member

I’m so angry because hubby is home. And it really affects my routine. He is just sitting around hugging and puffing.

Some bills came today and they were overdue. So he’s complaining that they are overdue. But if we don’t hsve the money to pay them there’s not much I can do.

Sometimes I wish I was on my own.

No one telling me what to do or complaining or whinging.

Im sorry you have so much on your plate and I’m carrying on.

I should just go.

Re: not feeling good

An early night might be good if you are feeling like you are coming down with a cold @BlueBay It is great that you have tomorrow to yourself. DId you get everything done today that you planned?

I saw my doctor and then an optometrist appt. my blood pressure still a bit high. Having blood tests tomorrow for tingling in my arm and fingers. He’s not sure what it is.

Timorriw im seeing my Chiro. He’ll be able to help with the headaches. Then grocery shopping.

Re: not feeling good

Good that you may be able to get some relief from the headaches @BlueBay That will be good to get on top of. I need to do some grocery shopping tomorrow too - fridge is pretty bare right now - need to stock up on food for Cat as well - have enough for Toby for a few, more weeks yet - bought that in bulk last month.

It will be good to get those tests done even if it is just to rule out things. It could very well be stressed related but is good that you gp is doing tests to see if there is another reason.
