not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

It sure is @Shaz51

I can stay away for longer now my cat has passed - I don't have to worry about her being lonely when I am away

I really enjoyed the tropical air in Cairns - after winter in Melbourne it was wonderful to walk out of the airport into that warm environment - I didn't want to come home I was enjoying myself so much

I’m really angry at the moment. At the supermarket buying mince for dinner and i told him we need to use credit card. Well it was on sgsin. He said what happened to the $200 our son transferred to us? I said why is it always me thst has to kniw. We had a direct debit come out this week. I said to him ”why don’t you look st internet banking and see how much we have”

god I’m angry. I just don’t understand anymore.

i have to go. Can’t hsndke anything at the moment

instead if him saying to me to show him again how to check balance he is not talking about it.

Intense anger

grrrrr 😞

snd i I think something’s wrong - I’ve been getting tingling down my right arm and fingers. I bet it’s stress. I don’t kniw.

@BlueBay Don’t feel too angry. Small things are not worth to affect the relationship. Hope you have a nice evening. Something nice and funny to make you smile. Be happy. Don’t worry.

Re: not feeling good

Try resting up a bit @BlueBay, and calm your breathing ..... the tingling could well be stress. I have had that before, but get it checked out if you’re worried cos the worry will be adding stress anyway.

Hi everyone

hubby decided to have today off work. And now he tells me he is having tomorrow off as well.

Damn 😡 it’s my day off and I don’t care I’m going to do what I need to do. I have a few appointments. I’m sngry because it throws me out so much as I have a routine on my days off.

Im just annoyed.

I’m seeing my doctor tomorrow. Let’s hope my blood pressure is good.

Re: not feeling good

Do what you need to do with appointments and things around the home @BlueBay and if he asks for you to do anything differently, calmly tell him that you have things you need to do. Use the time going to your appointment as space for yourself for the day and take time out for yourself at home if you need it. There is no point getting angry with him for being there Hon - all that does is make you feel sad and gets him offside as well - stay calm, put forward your point of view and walk away for a while if you have to.

i had my appt with my doctor this mirning. My blood pressure was borderline high. It’s prob my headache that is causing it. I told him about my pins and needles in my arm and he is doing some blood tests for general health ie. iron, cholesterol, kidneys etc.

I’m st the moment getting my eyes checked. Then coffee with D and A. Hubby stayed home he is cleaning the windows outside as it’s a nice day.

Wishing you all a nice day ❤️❤️❤️

Hi @BlueBay

Very sensible to get an all over general checkup. Annual screening blood tests are the norm these days.

Coffee out with D and A sounds good. As does the prospect of going home to nice clean windows at home. Good on hubby!

I wish you a lovely day too my friend.
