not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

I get really sngry with the stupid comments he says to me.

I’m sitting on my own in the lounge room. The others are in the other lounge room.

I feel I’m to blame for everything

it’s always a dig at me

how are you, mr Shaz snd your mum? is your mum still in hospital?

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay

I understand - I get it

Gee - nothing can be all your fault - you are not to blame for everything - I have to remind of this often because your mind seems to go there whenever there is a problem and in a partnership it is always something that "belongs" to both - aw - it is so hard to have Huffnpuff insinuating things

I mean - I have suggested he gets a second job in the evenings - a lot of people do - and you know he won't but he could so part of the responsiblity is in his court and a lot of the tension you are experiencing could be relieved - all of this is such a strain and it seems Huffnpuff has no idea at all

And you often go to work feeling really ill - with headaches and other pain and generally feeling ill - it's stressful to you and doesn't make life any easier -

My ex-h was like that though he did work two jobs - but he really had no idea about how much needed to be done just living life - I understand a lot about that and really care

And I hear you about selling your dream home - it sounds like a wonderful place to live - and yes - it will be different when your kids move out but are they planning to? - Do they help with paying board? These issues are important and when it's just the two of you living in a unit might work - but living where you do now might be more expensive to live than somewhere else - it's really lovely where you are now and you're work is there - I would love to live there actually -

It's a tough choice - I wouldn't want to move myself - I understand the way you feel about it and I also honestly think you are doing your best to maintain the status quo - you are doing your best to make ends meet and it us unfair of HuffnPuff to keep blaming you when he just picks at you all the time

And I agree it's best to just call your grand-daughter A now - she is getting older and we need to care about our anonymity - I didn't even give my cat's name here - calling her Companion Cat because everyone loved her and knew her real name - so yes - we need to guard ourselves because of the sensitive nature of what we write here

Thinking of you BlueBay - I had a rough trip home from my holiday and I will write about that in my thread - still sending my best thoughts

Re: not feeling good

Hi @Owlunar yes my younger son and d help out. My younger son will go out snd buy groceries or food for dinner.

Moving house - I don’t know what to do. I’m worried we will sell snd not find anything. My mum has made comment to go up where she lives because it’s cheaper but I’m not stupid to do thst. No way. It is cheaper but I just can’t.

I’m stressed because I just don’t know where to go. Hopefully it will all fall into place.

My d will prob move back with her partner in another month or two.

My son finishes uni in June. Who knows where he’ll end up working.

I think now we’ll wait till spring and see what happens.

I hate when hubby says the things he says. He has no idea how much money we have in our account. He just goes snd buys food for dinner or petrol and never finds out beforehand how much is in account.

That’s what really shits me. Gee if I did that too it would be disaster. But we’re still in disaster.

I’m sorry you had a bad return trip back home.

Chat soon my d just finished cooking dinner. Xxx

Re: not feeling good

Hi @Owlunar @Shaz51 @Former-Member @CheerBear @Zoe7 @Razzle @Faith-and-Hope and others passing through

Last week a girl from the pharmacy resigned giving 2 weeks notice. She only worked on a Monday. I instantly thought that i could do the extra hours on the monday and would earn and extra $120 a fortnight. I currently work 4 hours Mon,Tues, Thurs and Friday.

I emailed the supervisor of the our store and he never got back to me after a week. Today he phones and says to me that i can work on the Monday 8.30-5.30pm but need to have Tuesday off as he can't give me my tuesday as our store is not going good and can't give me extra hours. He told me i am not losing any hours or pay but instead of working 4 days i will now work 3 days. This starts in 15 April.

So then i will work Mon, Thurs and Fri. I'm a bit annoyed as i was really hoping i would have earned more by still working my tuesday. but now it's not the case.

Feeling really tired lately, need to rest as much as possible on the weekend. Just not getting good quality sleep at the moment. i think there is too much on my mind.

hope everyone is doing okay xxxxooo

Re: not feeling good

On the positive side only working 3 days will save in petrol @BlueBay so that is a good thing. Rest up this weekend - do some things for yourself and look after yourself
