not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

Dearest @BlueBay

You may currently feel that your life is ruined. But lives can be turned around, they can be improved It is only depression which is now telling you things cannot be better. Its your depression and your traumatic past which is telling you its your fault you are the way you are now. Everyone knows the cause of your anxiety and depression is most definitely NOT your fault. Pathetic? No ... never! You are a survivor BlueBay, someone who has gone through so very much, yet keeps on keeping on. You have made something of your life, despite the immense difficulties you face each and every day. Please do not give up. Your future life is still there waiting for you to take up the reins once again. We blame ourselves for way too much, I know I do too. Its hard not to at times. But I also know I'm being very unfair to myself by heaping blame upon myself for things I have had absolutely no control over. The blame game is a dangerous one, and we honestly need to let go of that. Give yourself a break, as I too must. Try to recall all the good you do, try to think of all the things you've done, and still have a desire to do. Remember that you are a good person, a courageous woman. And you're doing the best you can right now. Lean on your supports around you if you possibly can, allow them to hold you up while you need it.

Re: not feeling good

Hi @Former-Member

thsnks for your support. I just don’t feel validated anymore. I blame myself because it’s my BPD. I wanted to leave home yesterday.

I just don’t feel good. I’m exhausted. And my motivation to do stuff is zero. I think what’s the point in keep going. Lean on my supports. My doctor saw me today and I just cried. I’m so exhausted I just don’t know if I can keep going. Life sucks big time.

I know you’re struggling more than me. Hugs. I’m sorry you’re going through so much.

I am crying. Angry at the world
