not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

I will have to introduce you to Toby @Former-Member - he is my dog but pretty much a forum dog also - I am always sharing photos and Toby stories. Next time you are on tag me and I'll share a phot with you of my little fluffball

Hi @Razzle

I'm sorry to hear about your DVT - that is such a bummer - all the weeks you have had in a cast and now a compression stocking - what a brilliant saga from your afternoon bush walking - not. This is really wrecking your whole summer - blast

And @BlueBay

Your marriage is costing you a lot emotionally - and I understand - I was never so lonely as when I was married - it was awful so much of the time and I was so miserable - I would work through the Christmas Holidays because we needed someone in the accounts department - I just wanted somewhere to go away from home away from the old silent one -

I know the feeling

When it comes to councelling - I wonder what men expect really - we started Marriage Guidance with a church counsellor and it was free - back then - and she was a psychotherapist. My mil laughed and told me that He Would Never Change and he didn't - I ended up going for years on my own and I even asked her to help me separate from him but she thought the marriage was worth saving - how much different can things get - there are marriages that fall apart from silence and misunderstanding and the wounds of sorrow and loneliness when the soul starves. I can read it in what you are writing

Yes - of course your husband's lonely childhood with older parents and being the only child have had this effect on him - but you can't fix that and he needs the help but he doesn't see that - and I wonder and wonder about the cups - why are those cups so important - I feel it is part of a puzzle

I feel the loneliness - @Razzle too - it is so empty - the silence can be deafening - I wonder - there are marriages where there is violence and deprivation financially - there a men who denigrate their wives or partners - but sad marriages - as mine was - they are destructive too - good people who fail to connect - who married when they were young and thought this was love only to find there was little to grow with

It's so sad - I think your husband is grieving and so are you - both of you for what you never had - and I was told once that is was impossible to grieve for what you never had but it is - it really is -

Go to those classes or sessions if you can - take anything you can where you can talk to people - I know about your health card - I don't understand why people should be deprived of what they need when they can't pay for it - but that's what happens - and it's definitely not fair

Thinking of you both

Re: not feeling good

Not yet @Zoe7 uts about 42 deg out there. Suppose to change by 6pm and drop back down to 20’s. I’ll go tonight after dinner snd we’ll take jersey eith us. Poor thing I soaked her with those hose this morning before work snd now again when i came home.

Think I’m making a zucchini slice eith salad for dinner. Easy snd simple but tasty.

What gave you been up to today? Xx

Re: not feeling good

I love zucchini slice @BlueBay one of my favourite things to bake - yum

I did the rest of my grocery shopping this morning and have been sorting out all the stuff I had stacked on the dining table - still a bit to go but it is mainly school stuff I need to sort and file - some can just be thrown out as well but it is work or records that I need to shred because it has kids names on it.

Was going to bath Toby but he has spent most of the day sleeping so might have to wait until after his dinner now (or leave him and go to the beach again tomorrow )

It hasn't quite got to 40 in Hobart but I think it has further up the valley - last time I looked we were only 33 here - so despite it being warm it was bearable. The whole city is blanketed in smoke from a bushfire up the valley - doesn't look like it will be clearing anytime soon either so hoping everyone has evacuated in that region and all are safe.

I bet Jersey loved the hose and I can fully understand you waiting to go for a walk when the temp is a little more bearable

Re: not feeling good

It's dropped to the 20s here too which is so much better than the 30s we had this morning and early afternoon @BlueBay Not sure what I am having yet - was going to do soft shell tacos but think I might just have a salad. Enjoy your zucchini slice
