not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Just a quick message to let you all know that it didn't go well at dentist, they couldnt get the crooked tooth to come out so they had to cut the gum area to remove the bottom part of it. They say it can take about a week for swelling to reduce, just have to rest for 24hours and to start salt water.

Didn't sleep very well with the pain as pain medication not really helping with gums, so glad its over and thank you for all your ideas, they did help until they told me it didn't come out than 6 people came in bringing in different trays and tubes, then surgeon they all started putting gowns gloves, just like having surgery, thats when my mind went into overdry and panick set in.

To top it off i left my glasses there.

not sure if ill be back on her today, if not hope you allhave a good day

Re: not feeling good

Sorry @saturnzoon that’s a fear of mine re tooth extractions when offered option in past they didn’t really want to do it oh teeth too big etc wasn’t very inspiring. So had to pay ‘000s to patch up teeth instead
Yeah I am leaving a trail of stuff behind me as go lately mainly work stuff not glasses thankfully tho. Sure they’ll still have them

@saturnzoon

Yes, you needed Dental Surgery, & it must have been urgent, or they would have booked you in for another day. I lost my glasses lens after visiting my GP on Friday, I have an older pair on to type now to you. Please follow Doctors advise as Dental Surgery is just as important as any other Surgery.

You are in my prayers I love you!

Hey @Faith-and-Hope@Zoe7 @Shaz51

I emailed my psych this morning and surprisingly he replied. I asked if the meds I’m on are causing high blood presssure, tingling in right arm, right temple pain and body tremors at night thst are waking me up.

He replied saying I need to see my GP and get it checked. It needs to be investigated.

Ive made an appt for tomorrow but my doctor is away so I’ll see his partner who is very good as well.

The rsin has set in now. It was pouring before. Not a good Mel cup day.

Headache stm snd my own doctor doesn’t want me to take too many pain meds. But if you’re in pain you need something.

Re: not feeling good

Sorry it went bad at the dentist. @saturnzoon

You dont need any more stress now.

Sending you cottonballs and virtual painkillers. Cocoon yourself as long as you need.

Healing first is essential.

I am sorry you had to go through all of that - I have had something similar done myself a few years back and I know - it's a big deal and I am not sure if the dentist can hand out certain pain killers as they used to - I was much better off because I have an authority for strong pain killers because of chronic spinal pain -

Without that I can't imagine - it must have been terrible - I really feel for you

I have a phobia about having teeth out too - I have had plenty of practise - something we need to do is to maintain our teeth for as long as we can - and maybe that phobia about extractions is there to make us care for them - but in time they do have to come out in some circumstances

All the best with the pain-killers you have - it's stressful on your whole body when you have dental surgery so take it easy and I hope you can nap

Thinking of you Saturnzoon
