not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Ayla went to sleep straightaway. She had a bath played with her toys. She drank her bottle of milk and fell asleep. All in 30 mins!!!

She will now sleep hopefully until 7am. She doesn’t wake up during the night. She’s good like that.

Both sons at work. The police officer son started at 3pm-11pm. The other son started at 4 snd will most likely finish when the supermarket closes about 10pm.

I was thinking today that my husband always thinks there has to be a reason to cry. So thst is why I don’t cry in front of him. I also remember that when his mum lived with us and she would sit snd cry hubby would get angry with her for crying. Once she told him off and said “why csnt I cry” and he replied “oh you cry sll the time” in an snger tone.

Now I know why I am the way I am at home.

What has everyone been up to today?

I did have a few beautiful cuddles today @Faith-and-Hope

she’s walking everywhere now. But this afternoon she came up to me snd wznted me to pick her up. She then put her head down for a few minutes. It was nice.

Re: not feeling good

Good that Ayla went down so quickly - she must have been tired @BlueBay.

I am waiting for my sister's dog to settle - he has the wanders at the moment but it shouldn't be long until he is laying down on the couch. Toby is already asleep.

I haven't done much this afternoon as dogsitting has taken up most of the time - so watched a little tv and cooked dinner - will do the washing up a bit later when the dogs are both settled. I had to call into my sister's place to check on her cat too - haven't long gotten home - it is only five minutes away.

Tonight I am planning for an early night but that will depend on the dogs.

Re: not feeling good

I hope you do too @BlueBay. No doubt the dogs will get me up early so a reasonably early night would be good. There is some things in the garden I want to get finished tomorrow and it is best to do it in the morning before the sun is too strong.

i am home. Ayla left this morning. She woke up at 6.30 I put her in our bed snd had cuddles. Made some porridge for her which she ate snd then she played with her toys. Had a morning nap at 8.30 snd slept for 2 hrs!!! She is no trouble at all.

Its warm today snd im doing nothing. I’ve got no motivation or energy today. I feel very flat.

I had a bad dream that isn’t helping I keep thinking about it.

Just remembered I’ve got a session with my psychologist tomorrow afternoon. Csnt wsit. I have so much to say.

Might go now and write a list.

Re: not feeling good

You are being very pro-active @BlueBay in writing the list - wtg BB

I am so glad that you had such a good time with Ayla - she realling is a shining light for you Hon and it is so wonderful to hear how you are when you are with her

I had my sister's dog until about 10 this morning then she picked him up. The house is a mess - I think he pulled out every toy, bed and blanket he could and they are all spread throughout the loungeroom - that will be my job after I finish gardening today - to pick everything up!

I hope you can find a little energy and maybe go for a walk today - what is the weather like there? It is warmer here today - perfect gardening weather.
