not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

It’s very windy here @Zoe7Where I live is pretty open so it gets quite windy.

Looks like we may get some rain soon.

My daughter just face timed me so I could see Ayla. But I couldn’t tslk to her at least I saw her. Hubby should be home soon. I feel weak no energy to even move. I’ll try to eat but I feel sick eating.

The boys first gave to survive the music festival in Belgium. Apparently they have to buy tents and camp on festival site. I had no idea. I’m sure it will be full on party and drinking. I can’t wait fir that to be over and they get yo Italy safe. Should be on the weekend. There are some things that is best I not know!!!

Re: not feeling good

Yeah boys off partying in a different country is probabky best they keep most of it to themselves and not stress Mum out with any details @BlueBay I remember ringing my Mum in the middle of the night from Dublin when I had been having a great time - she just laughed at me which was funny to me too - I was quite inebriated at the time lol She even spoke to some random people on the street from where I was phoning from - no idea who they were but when I asked who wanted to speak to my mum they jumped in - it was a great party atmoshphere as Australia had just won the rugby world cup so there were people everywhere having a great time.

Lovely that you could see Ayla even though you are sick - that was very sweet of your daughter to do for you - you really are lucky to have such wonderful kids BB - you must be so proud of all of them

Re: not feeling good

I am proud @Zoe7 guess I did something right. They have all turned out to be good grounded adults

Oh by the way at my son has just landed. He just nesssged me and will call us later. I get really emotional when I think of my kids. It took us five yrs to fall pregnant and we had all sorts if tests. I had it in my head that I was never going to be a Mum. My one dream from a teenager was to be a Mum. I loved babies. It was a very stressful 5 yrs but seeing a naturopath fir a year she helped me and I fell pregnant.

I hope I’ve brought them up right. With empathy respect and to enjoy their lives and to be happy in whatever career they choose.

Re: not feeling good

That must have been such a tough time for you BB - 5 years is definitely a long time but you have 3 wonderful kids now and they are forging their own way in the world - so yes you must have done a lot right as everytime you have written about your kids they seem to be happy, healthy and doing what they love - and you now have a grandaughter as well - shows how wonderful life can be with family around @BlueBay - and that is a reflection on your parenting and how well you have done - something you should be super proud of within yourself Hon

My gosh the wind has picked up. There’s a storm coming. It is sooo strong.

I might try to get some more sleep Zoe.

I’ll come back on later. Xxx

Hi @Zoe7 @BlueBay 👋

I’m out and about today with D3. She has helped me sort out some computer stuff at uni and now we have split up after lunch for a little while. I need to do some printing, and she is errand shopping. We will meet up afterwards to go to a gallery (free entry) and an art shop.

Re: not feeling good

Have fun at the gallery Hon. Great that you have your kids to help with computer stuff @Faith-and-Hope - my parents often call for me to help them with computer stuff but it gets a little hard sometimes to help over the phone - we run simialr systems now that my dad has upgraded his computer so that makes it a little easier but it often means a trip to their place to sort out - and they don't live close!

@BlueBay I have watched House Rules - I think I would like to see Chiara and Dave win - sad that the girls didn't make it through but those that left all have renovated houses to enjoy so they really are all winners in that regard.
