not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

I bet you miss them @BlueBay and it would be great to be there too. It is wonderful that they have free accommodation - that certainly reduces the costs. I remember I spent a lot travelling through Italy but I did buy quite a few things in Venice - that was my favourite city but Florence was not far behind either. I was sick in Rome so I didn't see much of it at all - we had 3 days there and for 2 of them I was stuck in bed - had to have the doctor called in to me after an asthma attack - took 2 days to recover properly.

@Zoe7 I remember when I went as a child we went to Venice. It was beautiful. These urges are still here @Zoe7 im going to make some soup with chicken stock cube and pasta. My throat is really sore to swallow. Hubbys gone to get his own dinner.

What are you doing?

Re: not feeling good

I'm chillin' on the couch watching footy before I do a little more tidying up @BlueBay I am relying on pain meds to get me through today but it has meant I have been able to do a little housework. Once I tackle the kitchen again that will be enough for today.

I loved Venice - the architecture, the canals, the history, the art, the music ...basically everything - it was just heading into winter so there were still autumn leaves on the trees - it was so beautiful. That is where I decided to do teaching when I came home - so it holds an extra special place in my mind for me.

Sh is my thought right now. I don’t know if I can but the urge is very strong right now. I’m in the kitchen with lots of items.

Why shouldn’t I ?

I need to stop these urges.

I need to feel it again and again and again

Re: not feeling good

Move out of the kitchen so you don't have the temptation around you Hon - what do you have planned for tomorrow - are you and hubby going to go for a drive @BlueBay?

Re: not feeling good

I don’t know @Zoe7 i want to stay in bed. He wants to visit his Mum in nursing home but he may go with our son. I’ve just made my soup. I’m not in the kitchen area atm.

Re: not feeling good

I know the visits with hubby's mum are not good for you either @BlueBay but it may also be good to get out of the house and do something. Could you visit your daughter and Ayla while he is visiting his mum?

Re: not feeling good

I don’t know @Zoe7. I feel hubby will want to go out for a coffee. I’ll see. I just want to curl up in bed and stay there. I just can’t be bothered anymore. The enthusiasm and motivation have gone out the door. Lately things are triggering me very quickly.
