not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

How's it going there @BlueBay? Heatpack help at all. I know p-n-d-l doesn't help much.

Take 3 .... 🎬 ..... 😏

Oh no @BlueBay ..... that’s no good.

If you do start with a pain med of some sort as hubby “suggested”, maybe ask him to bring you a heat pack and see whether that helps to stop the spasms .....

And maybe sigh, and tell him how sorry you are, but if nobody helps you with your back, you won’t be able to cook for the day, or several days .... so sorry about the washing and cleaning too .... I guess he will have to take care of all that.

See whether that helps him to think beyond his “Take a med” approach.

It's so annoying when he doesn't have any empathy @Faith-and-Hope

it's not as if i am making this up. i am in so much pain. i have just called my doctor and his partner is working today. just waiting for him to call me back to see whether he can give me some anti-spasmodic tablets.

rest day for me today.

Re: not feeling good

So the stupid doctor never returned my two calls. I now stuck at home with no meds fir the pain and spasms. I'm so over calling the doctors telling the receptionist what the issue and the doctor not ringing back.

So what am I supposed to do. I feel hopeless snd helpless emotionsl and in pain.

Im ringing my gp on Monday and having a go at him because he never called me bsbk on Friday.

Its like I don't exist snd they don't care snd they want me to go away. Well maybe I should just go away forever and never come bsbk. Disappear snd sees what he says then. I hate my thinking right now. I'm angry

Hearing you @BlueBay.

There are creams from the chemist that you are probably aware of that I use when my back plays up like that ..... you might be aware of it. It is in a purple tube and has all natural ingredients.

Re: not feeling good

Hi everyone

I don't like the weekends much cause i have no family or friends to do something with and all my groups are during the week. It's hard to find thing's to do and keep my mind ocupied.

I think about my daughter a lot who moved to Newcastle, we used to be real close, but left when she was 18 and i miss her so m uch it hurts. The only time I ever hear from her is only when i send her messages and she just says that shs fine with her boyfriend.

Life is full of so much heartache, pain and loneliness.

How do others learn to cope on weekends

Re: not feeling good

@saturnzoon I feel a lot of loss for my daughter too, but have to keep on ...

I was thinking of going to 2 events today but the cold got to me and I did some prep reading for next weeks course.

I do not spend much money on entertainment or going out usually, but I bought a ticket, so I wont waste it. So I will get on the train tonight and see a concert.

What have you been up to so far?
