not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Sometimes we have days like that @BlueBay - try not to overthink it - keep occupied - do things you enjoy

Re: not feeling good

Is it bad if I'm feeling sorry for myself.
Is that bad?
Is thst being selfish or self centred
I just don't feel right.
Something is not right

Re: not feeling good

It is not bad @BlueBay but it is also not helpful - it is a form of self-sabotage than you do when you are not feeling 'right'. Here to listen and support you if you want to talk about why you are feeling like this right now.

@Zoe7
I don't understand. I know you said we all have days like this and not to over think it.
But I've been crying every single night before going to sleep but nothing this past week. Actually since my last traumatic psychologist session.
Now I feel nothing. Nothing at all. I do feel numb. I've never felt like this before that's why it feels wrong strange and weird.
Msybe subconsciously I've blocked my emotions. Can you do that? Msybe after all the triggering sessions over the past few weeks niw I feel numb. I don't know.

Re: not feeling good

Yes you can block your emotions @BlueBay I did that for many years. I was numb and that is how I got through life. It is a protective mechanism. maybe your mind is telling your body that you need a break and that not feeling anything right now is it's way to cope. It could be that subconsciously your mind is saying 'I have had enough of this turmoil for now and I really need a break' - it could also be that what came up in your last session released some of the pressure that had built up within yourself so this somewhat level of calm is a positive result. It is something that sometimes we cannot work out properly within ourselves but maybe it is a feelling that you need to sit with right now and not overthink it.

Re: not feeling good

I understand what you're saying @Zoe7.
I know I'm run down and getting sick at the moment. I need a break from everything. I will let my doctor and psychologist know when I see them.
It's weird because at night when i do want to cry I just can't. The tears won't come. Am I holding all this in for another explosion of sobbing tears in another session?
See that's my problem I'm trying to find an answer but I need to just let it be atm.
Oh it's so frustrating. I'm one that needs to find an answer or fix things and I csnt with this one.

Re: not feeling good

You have been distressed for quite some time also @BlueBay and maybe this feeling of calm or numbness feels weird simply because you are not used to it - maybe it is a really positive feeling but you cannot recognise it as such because of how much you have been suffering over a long period of time

Re: not feeling good

I have just had trouble with our next door neighbours, who are not nice people and alsays in trouble with the police. Anyway i came home from doing shopping and was taking it in when my sons mastifx got out and next door had there dog at the front of the house, i heard the 2 dogs going off and got Leo home, but he had hurt the other dog who was a big putbill, they took it to the vet and had a $100 bill which my son said he will pay but they are not happy and have threated to kick our heads in and cause damages, I had a panic attack and am to scared to go outside, i have looked all the doors and not letting the dogs out. My anxiety hs escaleted they called the RSCP out but he said as long as we pay the vet it will be okay and if they cause any trouble call police and have been advised to move out as we are renting and they wont move, one of them are on home D, My sons have said not to worry but i can't help it.
