not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

After all these years of my parents not coming to my house (8 yrs) my mum decides that they want to come today. So hubby is going to pick them up at 2 and we'll have afternoon tea. I have tried for so many years to get them to come over but there was always an excuse.
You know part of me is anxious because I'm waiting for the "what's going to happen, what is she up to".
I know I should just enjoy the moment. My daughter and bsby will come over so they can see their great grand child.
I can't believe it's going to happen. Msybe she has realised that I wasn't going to ask anymore to come over and the last time I was pretty sngry with her for not coming over.
Hope it all goes well.
Still feeling sick in my stomach. Will keep an eye on this and let my doctor know. Think the ulcer is playing up.

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay. Try and think of the 80 / 20 rule. As my psychologist likes to tell me.
80% of your day or week will be good. Maybe 20% or less may be hard or frustrating. Don't let that 20% overshadow all the good stuff.
Your mum and dad are coming. That's great news. Enjoy your day. And kisses for little Forum baby. And hugs for her Grandma. ♥♡♥

Try to just be in the moment across the day @BlueBay, and find the joy in it where you can.

Re: not feeling good

Well my parents have left and I feel sicker than before. They only stayed less than an hour. Thank god my daughter came with her bsby as she was a distraction. I felt like I was being judged my house was being judged even where we live.
Breakfast was nice with the kids. We then had to visit mother in law in nursing who has dementia. She had no idea it was Mothers dsy. Doesn't recognise me anymore. Barely recognises her son. Really sad.
Gosh I wish I would feel better. Not hungry or thirsty. Csnt take anything in. Not interested in food or drink at all. My doctor wanted to know why I'm not eating snd said if I don't start I'll end up getting dehydrated and go to hospital.
