not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

A bulging disc would be very painful @BlueBay no wonder you are nit feeling 'right'.

Cry if you need to BB - I'll just sit on your shoulder and wipe away the tears as they fall

What is wrong with me @Zoe7
I'm such a mess lately. Crying emotional angry and overwhelmed. I think I should go back to see my gp earlier. But it's not two weeks. He won't see me so what am I supposed to do if my back is so sore.
I'm crying on your shoulder. Thsnks for being here fir me.

Re: not feeling good

Back pain is debilitating @BlueBay so it is no wonder you are emotional and overwhelmed as well. When we are not ohysically well it has a detrimental affect on us mentally also.

I know you want to go back to your GP but if your back gets worse then go straight to the ED - at least there they can help you with the pain.

Your GP has the 2 week rule in place for both of you Hon. This is his way of being able to provide an ongoing relationship with you that is not allowing you to become too reliant on him - this is a good thing for both of you as we know that without these boundaries you can become very reliant and then you feel abandoned if he can't see you straight away. He still has allowed contact by phone and that is a middle ground for both of you.

Cry away on my shoulder - it is perfect for a little yellow flower to snuggle in and feel the love

Re: not feeling good

It's so not fair @Zoe7 I'm not well and I just want to see him and he has this stupid boundary. Yeah I get it but my bad me doesn't like it. I think if my back is still sore by Monday I'll go to ED near home and get some meds. They may even do a ct scan.
I'm crying cause it's not fair. This is so tough.
Are you ok Zoe. ?

Re: not feeling good

Can your pharmacy take the extra meds and only give them back to you in small amounts when you need them @BlueBay ?

Re: not feeling good

It doesn't seem fair because you are in pain - both physically and emotionally @BlueBay

You also know that the boundaries are important for your well-being but that makes it extremely tough when your back is so sore. I think the ED is a good backup if it does not feel any better BB - don't even wait until Monday - if it is that bad then go tomorrow - the sooner you can get some relief from the pain the sooner you will be able to cope with everything else.

I am doing ok - no need to worry about me - lets concentrate on you my little yellow flower - but thank you for asking

Re: not feeling good

Hi @Faith-and-Hope
My gp wants me to throw them out or give them to work to dispose of. He doesn't want me to have them at all
It sucks. If I gets anxious I'll have nothing to take.

Re: not feeling good

wow you have come so far @BlueBay - you know what you should and shouldn't do and are showing self-restraint in making those decisions - I am one very proud little fluttery right now - you are letting the grown-up you take control - WTG BB

Put the meds away, get your favourite pillow or blanket and curl up in bed snuggling that tonight - just a little extra comfort for you ....and I will sit on your shoulder all night if you would like the company

Re: not feeling good

@Zoe7 I'm in bed crying hugging my pillow. Why can't I have my meds. I'm trying to stretch my back but it hurts. Everything hurts. I'm hurting. Everything f### hurts. Even my hips hurt.
