not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

I love you my friend @Zoe7 you have always stuck by me. Never given up or abandoned me. And you know how I feel about that. So thankyou for being my little blue butterfly 🦋 ❤️❤️ Xxoo

Re: not feeling good

It is easy to be here with you BB... even when you are struggling because I know the heart of you and the heart of you is wonderful @BlueBay

I do take more time out for myself these days - sometimes others' struggles are too much for me to cope with and look after myself as well but you (and others) are always in my thoughts

Re: not feeling good

I always think of you but at times I don't write to you and I feel bad. But believe me I do care about you.
I find being on here is too hard at times too so I stay away. Have to do what's best for ourselves. That's part of self care.
Take care my friend 🦋

Re: not feeling good

Don't feel bad for not writing to others @BlueBay - you can only do what you can do and taking care of yourself first is the priority

You take care of yourself too BB

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay - sorry to hear you're not feeling great, i hope that the diarrohea stops soon, not surprising you're feeling blah after that for so long 😞
I think its great that you can recognise that the meds issue is not so great for you and that you want to do something about it to change. It shows another strength and so much courage! I hope you feel better soon! hugs xx
Hi @Zoe7 nice to see you 'around' the forums and that you're looking after yourself when you need to as well.

Re: not feeling good

@Former-Member it is often a really hard balancing act between what I need and what I can realistically handle - and lately there is a lot I cannot handle so it is best for me to not be on here. The down side to that is I lose connections with others and that is not a good place for me to be - it makes it really hard either way!!

Re: not feeling good

Hi @Zoe7 - it absolutely would make it hard to not have the connections... was wondering if it might be worth being a part of another online group (maybe an art group?) that you could build some connections in/with as well, that might provide another avenue when things are hard here... and use in tandem? I definitely want you here of course! but having another place to go for distractions or a feeling of connectedness/belonging might be helpful? Its hard to balance things out in life...

Re: not feeling good

I totally get where you are coming from @Former-Member it just isn't that easy for me to join anything. I tried joining another online 'group' but couldn't engage there at all. Feeling that connectedness is important and here is where I feel that the most... so it is difficult at times but I think I am doing much better at 'leaving the forum' behind when I need to. My pdoc has discussed DBT and other groups at the clinic she works at but can also recognise that I am not yet in a place to do those just yet ...maybe in time I can but right now I still have too much anxiety around being with people. We are working on it a little at a time but I am finding it very difficult to do. Luckily for me she is not pushing me too far but we both recognise that there are some major hurdles stopping me that we need to work through slowly.

Re: not feeling good

Hi guys
This morning I looked after my beautiful bsby grand daughter. I took her for a walk around the block. Gave her breakfast and put her to sleep. Once she woke up I held her and it was so nice peaceful and calm. ❤️❤️ I love her so much.
My daughter and her partner went to the movies. They seem to be working through their issues and we're ok
I'm home alone now so have to be careful of negative thoughts.
