not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Hi @BlueBay,
It makes a lot of sense to me, I’ve done a lot of therapy, is your psychologist using schema therapy. Just a gentle question for you , no need to answer, just to ponder...
How will it feel for you if your psychologist doesn’t give you a hug at the end of next session?
Hope things go ok with your daughter and granddaughter ❤️

Hi @Catcakes

No i don't think she is using schema therapy, but she may use bits and pieces not 100% sure.

It doesn't matter if she doesn't give me a hug the next time. I really wasn't expecting it. I always thought that it wasn't right for your treating therapists to touch you, hug you.

Hope yoiu are well @Catcakes i haven't spoken to you very much before.

Re: not feeling good

Good for you @BlueBay👍🏼
It was obviously just the right thing to do at the time. Great that you have found a therapist who feels right for you!
I’m well thanks BlueBay. Forgive me for playing devils advocate there if you get that saying.
It’s tough when you have been hurt by therapists... you can see the pitfalls sometimes 😬

Re: not feeling good

I'm so pissed off right now. Talking to hubby about our daughter possibly moving in our home. Working out where to put the bsbys cot and change table. I had it all worked out but hubby thought I was wrong. Shuts me down strsight away. I hate when he does that. I feel I can't say anything. And then I hide away like my inner child and say nothing.
So not talking to him now.

Hi @BlueBay,

I'm sorry to hear how crappy you are feeling right now - that sucks. I have just been catching up on your news. I'm so super pleased you have found a psychologist that you are working well with. I know that you, like me, have had a LOT of bad experiences with past therapists. Isn't it awesome when we finally find a good match!

Re: not feeling good

Hi @Phoenix-Rising
It does suck. I feel like I'm back to my inner child personality. I think an early night. No talking to him tonight. I'm so angry but I think my anger is at something else as well. Don't know what. Well actually maybe I do.
We bought our home last yr and thought this would be our home just for us. Our daughter and partner moved out. Thst was great. We only bought a 3 bd home. Now the boys are still home and daughter plus baby are most likely moving back. Don't get me wrong we love to have her back. That's what family is for. But I feel I've lost my home. It's not going to be the same anymore. Does that make sense.

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay yep that makes sense. It is very clever of you to identify that perhaps it is this bigger issue that you are angry about, rather than your husband's behaviour per se. An early night sounds like a good plan.

Re: not feeling good

Hi everyone

Not feeling good tonight. My back is soooo sore. Saw the chiro after work and i could hardly walk. he tried to stretch my lower back and used dry needling. i feel so exhausted, sore and emotional.

I feel that my body is falling apart. I am overweight, on so much meds and don't want to be.

I would like to stop all these meds and just stick with my AD. I think i will go to the chemist to buy some cream for my back.

I just want to cry. if only i could find some old meds and take them.
