not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

i wish i knew what med you are on but you're not allowed to tell me @Zoe7

i will tell my doctor when i speak with him.

he needs to know how this is affecting me

that's what happens @Zoe7 when i get angry and emotional i want to self sabotage.

i won't i will talk to him first.

Re: not feeling good

I have been following along with you the last few days but have not been in a position (mentally for myself) to be able to respond - and others have been here for you - but I have seen the same pattern of behaviour with you many times before and it is usually when you are upset/angry that you want to (or do) stop your meds. This then sends you on the downward spiral.

I know things are really tough @BlueBay but do talk to your gp first - he has been an amzing support for you - and the boundaries that are in place are there to protect both of you - especially so he can continue to treat you more long-term. He is trying to make sure that you do not feel abandoned but over-reliance on him (less than each fortnight) actually does not help you improve.

The med I am on now is an 'old fashioned' med and it has not had nearly as much of the side effects that all the others have had - the side effects that are annoying are photophobia and photosensitivity - so can't be out in the sun too long.

Re: not feeling good

i wish i knew what med you are on but you're not allowed to tell me -- but @BlueBay, certain meds might be good for one person but may not be good for other people my friend

so the best person to talk about your meds is your GP , so take your meds

I am trying to get my Mr shaz to have a review of his meds

Hi @BlueBay sorry to hear you have had such a horrid night. I am wondering if there is something you can do to distract yourself for now to try to settle your thoughts?

Re: not feeling good

i called my gp and he wants me to stay busy with a plan for the afternoon. i told him that i don't have any plans for the afternoon. he said i need to do something otherwise i will think negative and then start to sh.
I told him i think i need hospital and he said we will see if i need to. he wants me to ring tonight to let him know what I've done.
I am finding it hard to concentrate. I thought u could read a book but that didn't work.
