not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Ignore your mum. Just talk to your dad. @BlueBay.
At this stage of your life - you get to choose who you talk to

Re: not feeling good

thank you so much for you words of kindness and support @Dogman

i don't get that kind of support or words from hubby or kids at home.

it feels nice to receive support like this

i am a bit scared if i do get the job in how i will cope. i forget things easily, my memory is not the same as it used to be.

thank you for being proud of me - these words have never been said to me before, ever.

not even my parents ever said them to me as a child 😞

it brings tears to my eyes when someone says they are proud of me

you don't know how much your reply has meant to me - i can't explain in words

thank you so much @Dogman

keep in touch, i will let you know how it all goes, if i get the job or not

Re: not feeling good

Good morning @BlueBay,

For getting up everyday and trying to get on with your day yor are strong, I am very proud of what your doing, keep everything as calm as you can and try to minimize the Anxiety feelings. breathe and when in dought think of the words that we are proud of you! until you find out how things go with the interview keep your self busy with your current job and do things that keep you in the here and now, that way it should help some what about thinking of what might happen, start trying to think of your self as being "proud of your self" you owe it to your self and there is no question that you deserve to think of your self as a positive proud hard working person who should be thinking happy thoughts. keep your chin up and we will keep in touch.

Hi @Dogman @utopia @Shaz51 @Faith-and-Hope
Feeling down and depressed. Can't pinpoint the reason. I'm getting these thoughts again and the inner voice won't stop. It's all negative. When does this stop. Will it ever stop.

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay, it can be so hard to feel down for no real reason. I can understand that right now its hard to imagine this stopping or getting better. That's the nature of depression in a way, its greatest trick is to convince us of its permanence. It isnt though, it moves and changes like everything else. In the meantime, we are here sitting with you through this.

But right now it feels like it's with me forever. I'm so anxious about stuff. My state of mind is not good.
