not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

Hi @utopia @Dogman @Faith-and-Hope @Shaz and anyone I may have forgotten
I had my interview this morning. I was very nervous. Once I walked into the dept it felt like I was back working there just new faces. There were two ladies interviewing me and they had 4 pages of questions!! How do I handle stressful situations, why do I want the job, why do I want to leave my job, can I work on my own.
They need someone asap but I told them I need to give 2 weeks notice which they were ok with. They asked if 3 days a week was suitable and when I said yes it's perfect they were happy. They said I will need to work at the bigger campus for 4 weeks to retrain and then go to my campus and stay there.
Now they will let me know asap after they finish interviewing.
Now this is where my head is talking - can I do the job. Can I work on my own. What if I make mistakes. What if I can't do it. So many what ifs.
I'm already stressing and I haven't got the job.
Do you guys think I can do it?
I'm so negative and uncertain.
B

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay,

Firstly congrates on going to the interview, it's always a big booster. Secondly, yes I think you can do the job. you've done it before, and doughts you may have you can ask and sort out in the training time, I think you will be surprised how much will come back to you as you get into the training. Control you thoughts and keep them at a calm and controlled level and that will help you think clearer, any time you feel rushed or unsteady take a moment and a deep breath and believe in your self. I'm proud of you and wish all the best thoughts and wishes. I believe you have the intelligence and willpower to do the job.

Re: not feeling good

Of course you can do it @BlueBay.
You've done this job before. There will be little you have to relearn. And you get 4 eeeks training as well. More than you will need. Once you start it will all come back to you.
So congratulations. It sounds like a really positive interview.
Big hugs ♥♥♥

Re: not feeling good

Thanks guys for your support. I don't know why I'm so negative. I haven't got the job yet and I may not even get it. I don't know maybe I shld stay where I am. No the money isn't good there. The hours are not enough. I wish I could think strsight at the moment. I'm catastrophising I think. I know I need a new job I guess I'm scared of change.

Re: not feeling good

I'm so over my mum. I just rang her told her about job interview. No good luck or all the best from her. All she does is complain. I've asked her to come over with dad fir lunch. Oh no there is always an excuse. All the time. I get so hurt all the time. I hate her. She upsets me all the time. She will never love me.

Re: not feeling good

@utopia what do I do about my mum? I now wish I wasn't talking to her. But when I wasn't I wish I was. But really it was more for my dad to see him.
I miss him so much. Do you know I cry for him every night when in bed. She always stays away from me so I don't get to see him.
Did I tell you they are not going to my nephews wedding. My mum sent the RSVP card back saying they are not going. My sister is so angry and hurt. How can grandparents not go to the wedding. Her excuse - my dad is not well. We would have taken them in our car. He didn't have to drive. I miss him.
