not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Things can turn a corner quite suddenly @BlueBay .... you just need one job offer to come back successful and then you’re off on a new start ......

Remember your beautiful Aylesbury and keep strong Hon .....

Re: not feeling good

and what if i don't get this last job offer - then i am screwed. i will then disappear for a while. i can't deal with this life. it is just too miuch to handle right now.

i am getting to the point of being obsessed with looking for work, checking the job sites on the internet every few minutes like a crazy mad woman

it doesn't matter, nothing matters anymore

i try to be good but nothing matters

it's just never ending

Re: not feeling good

Maybe go to Sane online chat for a bit @BlueBay ? I know the call lines were down with tech issues earlier. It’s horrible when everything feels hopeless .... that’s when we need the most support Hon.

Good news - I got a call just now for a job interview this Wednesday. This is the job I so want. How can my emotions go from struggling to now being anxious and nervous. Excited. 😊

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay,

It come down to my life before material posessions, I had my family come along with me to see my Psychiatrist to talk about how I needed to deal with getting better and then worked out what material posessions I could do with out in the short term. I talked to a finanical institution to sort out my debts and started to work on getting my self into a better head space. I know if I could get my self mentally fit then i would be able to get into a position to be able to work on getting those material things I went with out , back! I have found as i went along trying everyday to get my mental health in a better place that my wants for material things changed. I hads to put my self first , as I had to be more reliable to my self before I could be reliable for anyone else. It was/is not easy but for me it was a better use of my energy than just worry. I found I have better focus and my mental health is getting better, my physical health is on the improve. I think for me the hardest part was getting my family to buy into the plan. once they did then we all worked together to all have a better life together.

First: you must believe in doing a form of CBT ( Cognitive Behavoural Theropy ) , learn to beable to eventually do it at home.

Secondly: practice relaxation, Diet is extremely important, Phyical exercise is also important.

Thirdly: never give up, find away to be happy, nothing in life worth having is ever easy and you are very much a worthy person so everyday work hard on believing in the good points about your self and through learning to relax you start to find a better version of your self and things will start to seem lighter on yourself.

I have my ups and downs everyday; I just tend to try and focus more and more on the happy things in my life and everyone in my family are starting to be more relaxed and together.

Remember:- workout what you needed to concentrate on to help with your mental health and put a solid plan in place.

- Have your family on your side as best as you and them can.

- You must sort out your finances so it takes some of that pressure off of you

- Work on your Mental, Physical & Diet Health

Everything works hand in hand and it's something that you will need to work out away to have a plan you can keep to and have your support system there for when you are down.

I hope this helps and it is different for everyone so be kind to your self , I am back at work part time and in a job that I never before seen my self doing, I am happier and more relaxed and my family dinamic is good, and it is some what different then before. my whole family has changed in there way of thinking and two of the most important lessions I have learnt is: find what my triggers are and learn how to deal with them & to know my limitations on what, where and when I can go out so as I can keep a better and steadier handle on my mental health.

Keep with it,

with all happiness,

@Dogman
