not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

I am going into hospital tomorrow morning!!!!! Thank God finally 🙂

A bed has become available and I received a phone call this morning. A month late but it's happenening now.

My psych has pushed for this admission as it is very close to our moving date of our house. We are moving on Monday and he wants me in this week and a few days after our move, as he feels this move will traumatise me and he is worried. So he feels it is safer for me to be in hospital especially at night. I am allowed 'day leave' on the weekend and settlement/moving day to help hubby and the kids but need to be back in hospital on the night.

This I feel will be a good move, as I will have the support in hospitl from the staff. I am very anxious about the move, feeling that i need to let go of a lot of emotoins attached to the house.

Also today I found out that my work hours will be cut by 1/2. Instead of working 8 1/2 hours I will be working only 4 hours a day maybe even less. I was okay when my supervisor told me at first, but when i walked into my doctor's I burst into tears. I think it then hit me that i will only earn $540 a fortnight. This is so low and I don't know how we will survive. And also the thought of telling hubby was making me very anxious. i have now told him and he was very quiet. it's not fault, i can't be blamed for this. But at the same time i don't know what to do. Do i look for another job? I am in no state to even look for a new job or more work.

Anyway off to hosptial to hide away for a while, not sure if it's a week or two. My GP told me not to rush to come home, take me time to get better. I don't have access to my phone so this will be my last phone until the weekend when i can come home and write a post on here.

Please take care everyone, I hope you all stay safe.

Re: not feeling good

Awesome that the bed has become available for you @BlueBay .....

I think you're right to take things one step at a time. Hospital first, house move second, then see what happens regarding your work situation.

🤗 Hugs ...... 💙💕

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay,

This is amazing news!! I'm glad a bed has become available for you

I agree with @Faith-and-Hope, just take one step at a time. Now is the time to focus on your health and what you need. All of the other obstacles can be addressed later.

I hope everything goes well in hospital and with the move if I dont speak to you before then.

Take care and talk soon

Re: not feeling good

Hi everyone

I'm getting ready to go into hospital, doing last minute things at home ie. washing some clothes.

I'm feeling anxious and teary because I am feeling vulnerable and emotional. Vulnerable because I know once i get in there i will break down and cry, i have built up inside a lot of tears waiting to come out. with yesterday's news of my job i don't know how to deal with that.

I need to slow my brreathing down, it is racing not good for my asthma. which reminds me i must bring my puffer with me.

really scared hospital will open up another can of worms and i will lose it completely.

so scaraed this time, so teary right now.
