not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

I've just seen my psych. Had my brain scan and all good. Relieved. Feel down empty and I don't know. Anyway it doesn't matter.
Sorry about my crap all the time.

Re: not feeling good

I have to tell my hubby about my Sh and thoughts of suicide. He has no idea at all. My psych wants a meeting before we go away next week. I'm scared I'm upset and feel alone. 😥
I've been knitting a lot. Colouring my book. Now i have to work out how do I cope while away. And u have to tell my psych "what is I am not coping mean to me". What does that mean. Can someone give me some ideas or suggestions pls.

Re: not feeling good

that would feel very scary and i can understand that, i really feel for you. i think it might help your husband understnad how much your struggling though...

you arent alone here, you have many supports here as well, if only i could come and give you a hug @BlueBay

its good youve been keeping your mind occupied by knitting and coluring in too.

that is a hard question to answer BB

@NikNik @CherryBomb @Former-Member could you maybe give BB some insight as to how to answer that?

to me i think it means what sort of things are signs/symptoms of when your not coping- is it the SH or SI, overwhelmed, sadness etc but i could be wrong there

Re: not feeling good

Telling loved ones about SI is a tough conversaton to have. Though once you get the discussion open, it'll create some space for him to be able to help you more.

Your psych probably just wants to meet with you to check in to see you're feeling ok, and feel equipped about going away.

re, how to explaing to some one what does 'I'm not coping mean' to you. That's a tough question @BlueBay. Perhaps start with what you are usually experiencing at these times? And what can people do for you when feel this way?

Re: not feeling good

Hi @CherryBomb
I don't know how to start. Maybe my psych can start. I'm scared he will be really angry with me. He'll hate me for doing it (SH). My new psych is very good and knows how I feel about this.
As for "what is coping" I think it's a lot of things like frustrated angry scared alone sad depressed. He told me today that the words "not coping" is too generalised. I need to break it down. Does that make sense?
Hope you're well.
