not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

No need to worry about the brain scan @BlueBay

It could be an MRI which is noisy or a C-T scan - which could be noisy -

But they don't wrap your head up in anything and they will tell you everything that happens

They are just checking up to see what the headaches are not - you have had them for a while and I think - I am pretty sure - it's your blood pressure because of the nose-bleed

Still - I know you are scared but my Dad used to say - if you dream it then it's okay - that's the worst part

And it is - dreams are where we are totally out of control

I had a bad one - I can't remember if it was last night or the night before - but I saved all my cats before the disaster struck - and once the cats were safe - I was okay too - I woke up

And I only have one cat - not a whole family of them

It is hard for you - I know this - but you will be okay

Holding your hand too

Re: not feeling good

Wow talk about quick service!! My psych sent a text msg to the doctor who has just come in and saw me. He is changing my blood pressure med and told me what to do with my blood nose. He is such a good looking doctor. So sweet. He wants me to see him in his rooms when I'm out to discuss prevention for my migraine. He jokingly said to me "every time I see you there's another problem" and he smiled. He said don't worry I'll get you well. I'm so lucky to now have an efficient psych and physician.

Re: not feeling good

I'm upset and hurting. Just found out my cousin died from cancer. He was 56 yrs old. I'm upset thinking if all the times we spent together with my siblings and his sister. So much fun.
I'm not coping. I'm a mess. I want to go somewhere quiet on my own.
It hurts losing someone. 😥😥

@NikNik
Just saw you on. How are you?
I'm grieving the death of my cousin. Very sudden. Don't really know what to feel. Still in hospital.

Hi @BlueBay

I'm so sorry to hear that. You don't need to know exactly how to feel - grief can cause numbness, sadness, helplessness and everything else under the sun. Just stay intuned to what your emotions want to provide yourself the space to grieve.

It sounds like you had a lot of fond memories with them. If your family is anything like mine, cousins can be like brothers and sisters.

Thinking of you.

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay

I think your new GP is a sweetie - you can use someone so nice in your team

I am so sorry about your cousin - one of my cousins died nearly 10 years ago now - I was so destroyed when that happened - of course everyone feels things differently but you do need to give yourself time to grieve

It's sad when someone so young died - best thing to do is to turn your phone off and find a quiet place - I am sure they will give you your dinner in your room seeing as there has been a death in the family

You did not need this to happen - but it has - and you will feel badly

Caring heaps

Re: not feeling good

My head is hurting yet again. Just took aspirin and the nurse said it's because of changing so many meds in a short space of time.
I'm over trying all these meds.

Re: not feeling good

Another headache - I am so sorry @BlueBay

You have so much happening - and what your doctor said about everytime he sees you there is something else happening - that is a wonderful thing happening - he sounds as if he is really interested in you and this is such a good thing

Of course you are over all this - the medication stuff-up with your old psyche changing everything all the time - so frustrating to have all of that

I can tell you I am over mine - I take them for pain - and I have cut them back over the last few months and it has been okay - and now it weather is cooling down I am feeling more pain and I don't want to increase my medication after all this work - it makes me drowsy anyway

We can ask ourselves - is there any end to all of this - well - well - um - probably not - our conditions are such that they need management - not cured - of course - who can tell what is in the future - life just goes on an on -

I am so glad you are in hospital right now - you sound exhausted
