not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

Hi everyone
I'm angry with my sister (the only one that talks to me) I called during the week but no answer so I left a message. I then sent her s text the day after to say if she is home today because we would drive down and visit. My daughter and partner were going to come too and D was going to tell her that she is pregnant. She text me saying she is going to mum and dads. I sent a msg back saying if you like call in to our house for coffee. We only live 30min from my parents. She called yesterday while I was out to say to my son that she will call me during the week. So I guess she's not coming down for coffee.
I try ALL the time. I'm over trying to be "the good sister " inviting her all the time. Trying to be close to her. I can imagine what they'll talk about today. She'll prob tell them I've sold our house. I'm feeling not good I'm angry. They could have called in. We don't live that far. My D wanted to tell her about the bsby due in october- that's not going to happen is it.
I feel that I'm left last in the family. Like forget about me don't go to her.
I have tried many many times to visit even on my day off work. Always a reason why she's not home. The only sibling I have left talking to me / I may as well not have her either. I'm so upset and angry.

@BlueBay I don't have a lot to 'give' at the moment - so all I am going to say is I hear you - and you seem to have the right to be upset and angry.

...and I love you my friend

Re: not feeling good

Sorry to hear it hasn't come together the way you want @BlueBay, and it does seem inconsiderate, but there might be some reason that she didn't want to tell your son .... something going on with their family unit ,... so as upsetting as it is, wait and see ....

And if there is no real reason she couldn't have come, she is going to feel bad that you were all ready to share the baby news with her, and she didn't value the opportunity enough. It's probably something she would never guess would be your news.

If the house you have sold was the family home before, WH might also be feeling sad about seeing it again, knowing it is sold, but then she could always suggest meeting at a coffee shop ...

See how you go @BlueBay .... there might be a reasonable reason behind her behaviour.

Re: not feeling good

As usual @Faith-and-Hope you are the voice of reason There definitely could be a logical explanation and I hope for your sake @BlueBay that is the case. Try not to dwell on the what's or what ifs until you do have a more informed picture. That doesn't take away your feelings right now but it does give some pause to see that it may not be a completely 'lost' situation.
