not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

@Former-Member
I'll reply tomorrow as I'm in bed and falling asleep. Thanks for chatting with me. I'd love to chat more about BPD.
Goodnight. 😊

Re: not feeling good

You said "how do I repair my soul? how do I find peace within?" I think real peace comes from God and knowing how much he really loves you. But also, we need to expose our being to positive nurturing acceptance experiences. You know howva carer copes so much better after they get a break by sending client off for a break in Respite care, well, we need a break now and then from our racing minds and broken heart (trauma), we need to live small moments of joy and self compassion that energised when we return. Does it make sense? Do you have a special place on the garden where you can sit. Or just go lay on your bed with earphones. xox

Trying to calm down but nothing is working
I'm stuck in a complete rut.

@utopia this is crazy. I've been awake since 4.30. Need to go to work at 8.30. I've got to stop these thoughts. I tried sleep meditation app before but couldn't stop thoughts.
Thoughts are - work house even things on here and people on here problems
I'm going crazy I'm so emotional and exhausted.

Re: not feeling good

Keep breathing @BlueBay. Use any energy you have to focus on your breath.
Breath in .... breathe out. 3 deep breaths. Then regular slow breathing.
If thoughts come ..... don't worry .... don't stress .... as soon as you are aware of the thoughts ... go back to focusing on your breathing.

Re: not feeling good

Maybe just one med if you have to get up in an hr or two. Or might just be time to get up now. @BlueBay. Sounds like your head and body are doing battle for sleep.
