not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

looking for work can be so frustrating and tiring @BlueBay it can honestly be one very small deciding factor between you and someone else though.

did you apply for the same job as them? if you did you could actually politley ask in an email as to why you mighnt have gotten the job so that you can try and improve whether it be resume wording or avaliablility etc it will give you a guiding point as to why you havent been successful as yet. i do hope you find something else soon though

Re: not feeling good

Oh sis it must be so hard for you too with self employment @Shaz51

I hope you don't lose too many jobs.

you know what shits me - so called friends who never text or ring to see how I am. I'm so over these people who pretend to be friends. I text other friends if I know they're struggling or in stressful times. It just gets to me so much.
I hope my psych can get me in earlier.

Re: not feeling good

People can be strange can't they @BlueBay
The true test of friendship is people who stick by even when the going is tough. REcently I was invited to a house warming and I said unattending on facebook but I got nothing in response to ask why. This was from someone who sent me an invite to their event without having spoken to me for about a year. I just viewed it as opportunitistic on their part to say "oh well I invited hamsolo but oh well".

Sometimes in life it's really not worth it. Other times we need to figure out things and get past it. I suppose that's how life is.

In regards to work it's always hard. I've been rejected for a few jobs this past week without any feedback. I think the market is just like that these days in times of uncertainty. Could you possible do an online course to build up skills? I'm not too sure of your situation
