thank you for your concern and support. No I haven't been well.

I've needed to stsy away for a few days just to rest and calm down.

I've been in contact with my doctor daily. I've had pins and needles in my right hand which is quite bad. I've now got a brace to sleep with. Hope it improves. I got the flu shot on Thursday but my left shoukder is very sore. Is that right? Could it be from something else.

Reg the Vic police officers tragically killed on Wednesday I have since struggled. My emotions are everywhere. I'm very teary for the families who have lost their loved ones. It's really hit hard at home. I am so much more anxious niw of my son in the force. He was very sad Wednesday night and Thursday. His station did a nice tribute. My son worked with the female officer that died. They worked together on the booze bus. It just hits hard because it could've been my son. It's a very tragic accident.
and this mirning snother officer was killed in a car accident. She was from south Australia. Five in a week is a lot. 😢
Even though my mood and headspace is not good I still managed to walk daily eith littke A on our mini adventures!!!

I'm very anxious chsusted waking up very early each day. This mirning I was up at 5.30 whuch is extremely early fir a Sunday. Littke A wanted breakfast so we got up at 6am. My d woke up and after my coffee I went back to bed and slept fir a few hours.

im bored. I'm not interested in anything.
work is good. Only had 2 shifts last week which isn't enough. This week I have 3 shifts.

think I'll go back to sleep.

So good to hear from you today @BlueBay ... I had been really worried about you.

I am really sorry that the death of the 4 police officers has hit all of you as it has. I had suspected that your son may know some of the officers involved. I can fully understand your concern for your son, as this type of tragic occurence really brings it home just how fragile life can be. And unfortunately our wonderful police, are right up there in the thick of things and at far greater risk of mishap than everyday citizens. My heart too breaks for all their families and friends.

I'm happy to hear that your Dr has been in daily contact with you. I hope the brace on your hand improves the situation. The pins and needles sounds like it could be nerve related, but keep updating your Dr because you certainly dont need it to get any worse. I had a flu shot a week ago. I had a sore spot at the injection site a couple of hours afterwards, and then it got a bit swollen and hot. But it settled down by the 3rd day. I think there are a few different flu shots that are being used, so they could be a little different. And of course many will likely have a different reaction to the same thing. I think if you get a big reaction, its probably an indication that your immune system is pretty strong. The other alternative is that it could be a slight allergic reaction, but thats not very common. It should settle down by today or tomorrow. But could be worth discussing with your Dr if it persists.

You cope so well with all this interrupted sleep due to Little A. I guess you dont have a lot of choice in the matter really, being such a condensed household.

Its good that you are doing so well at work, and even better that you have additional shift this week. I guess that means they are happy with your work ... well done.

I don't really know how I feel. Tonight I feel very sad and worry about my dsughter snd littke A. Her ex is a very bad narcissist. The text msgs she receives are not good. Whatever she says to him he turns around snd it's her fault. He has only given her $100 about 2 months ago and nothing since.
he was meant to buy a car seat to pick up A but still not getting one. My D drives A to see him. It makes me really angry.
I really hope that my D meets someone really nice and treats her properly. I worry so much. And she'll prob have to live with us for a while becayse rental is so expensive.
my hand is tingling so much today. I ended up having two sleeps today.
this afternoon my D snd I took A For a walk. She loves walking. No pram.

my son is ok. He said his station have received lots of food/snacks from the public.

@Former-Member It's so hard to not have my own space and sleep ins. But at the moment there is nothing I can do. I just try to think how lucky I sm to have littke A with us. She is so close to me which I'm loving. To get hugs from her. Kisses forever. She's just adorable.
I still feel stuck suffocating at times. But the weather has been ok to walk. Once it gets really cold and rain we'll all be stuck inside.
my eating disorder has been really bad. Worse on weekends. It's been worse since Covid and isolation came in.
