not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

❤️ @Former-Member

im sitting outside on the deck. The birds are chirping away.
I don't know Whst I want snymire.
I'm crying as I'm typing.

I went to the pharmacy to pick up my pack and I saw customers thst I kniw.
I felt really angry and hurt at how I lost my job.

then I saw the new owner at the other store and I felt so much snger. Do you know he asked my friend to ask me if I want to go back and help out for two weeks!!!! What nerve does this guy have. Does he realise ehst he did to me 4 days before Christmas. He took away my job. He took my confidence and my love to wirk with great people and customers.
Hiw dare he now ask me to wirk because he's short staffed. I told my friend a few swear words and she was totally on my side.

my house is so chaotic. Son dkeeping because of night shift. Granddaughter making noise as a 2yr old does.

I need to get for a while. I need to think about my life and how to cope.
I'm so stressed 😥

Re: not feeling good

Dear @BlueBay ... I am really happy to hear that you are sitting out on your deck and hearing birds chirping. Not good to hear about all the tears though. 😔

Hey I honestly do not blame you one bit about feeling so angry with the new owners of the pharmacy you used to work at. What a hide to ask if you wanted a couple of weeks work! I too would feel justifiably angry and deeply hurt, given the circumstances. However ... and this is a big however ... work is work, and work is damned hard to come by right now with so many people being put off. Its possible that after a couple of weeks work, you may even be offered more work. Perhaps they realise the error of what they've done, in losing you. I have no doubt at all that your former customers would have been asking why you are no longer there. With all the coronavirus scare right now, pharmacy's are one of the few industries which will increase in business. I would expect it to be a safe job, if it was to turn out that way. So perhaps let the initial hurt and fury settle and then give this offer a little more thought.

Getting out of the house to work, would also relieve you of some of the constant stresses and strains of a chaotic home life for you right now. This offer could be just what you need. Whether or not it results in a permanent position, even a short term respite from 'home life' could be very beneficial for you.

I'm not trying to tell you what to do BlueBay ... just suggesting that it may require more thought once the initial flood of emotions has settled.

Any chance of getting out for a nice long walk today, and maybe a coffee shop for a relaxing break?

Sherry 💕

Re: not feeling good

@Former-Member has some sensible advice there @BlueBay, but of course it depends on how you feel about it, and whether you could size up to going back ? I reckon the minute you put your foot out of their door they realised their mistake in letting you go, and I bet the customers have been asking after you ❣️ Up to you though ..... I hear you and feel for you, and it's good that you are venting here about how it made you feel. That is all part of the healing.

I know Whst you're saying about my old job. I would def go bsvk but I know he's not going to give me more hours after this worker comes bsvk from isolation.
I was very hurt by the fact that I lost my lost.
and also I'm starting new job next week. Yeah I know customers have asked about me.

Re: not feeling good

There is so much tension and stress in your home right now @BlueBay ... of course its hard. For all of you.

I hope you can sort out your work roster soon. One day is not much at all, so I hope this is just a settling in period and you will be offered more. I'm glad you have decided to give this job a go. I realise you have heard some bad things about working there, but you should not believe all you hear. Go there, do your job the best you can (I know you will) and see how it all pans out. You can always leave if you find it unbearable. But at least you are giving it a go. And I am sure your MH will benefit from being out of the 'pressure cooker' of home life, even just for a day a week. Hang in there.

Sherry 😊💕

I can't do this anymore

it's just too much

Re: not feeling good

Maybe give yourself a two hour "holiday stay" in bed @BlueBay ..... with some music, cup of tea, and a magazine ..... and Do Not Disturb sign on the door ..... or take a bath ..... find a way to self-care on the crazy-home days. It's what I do to help me get through.
